Qualifications We Seek:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any graduate except law.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Freshers are eligible.

- Previous experience in a customer service role (chat/email/voice).
- Effective probing and analyzing/understanding skills.
- Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
