Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases for testing Software builds on Desktop and Mobile platforms for Amazon Assistant Products.
- Accurately report bugs and provide detailed documentation.
- Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
- Conduct regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising quality.
- Utilize software tools for daily data capture, such as adb command.
- Comfortably capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
- Raise any failures/doubts related to test case execution in the clarification portal and ensure timely closure as per SLA’s.
- Have basic knowledge of reading scripts for troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications:
- BE, BTech, BS in Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications (MCA), MSc Information Technology (IT).
- Strong familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficient use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
- Minimal relevant QA experience.
- Solid understanding of QA methodology.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE, BTech, BS in Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications (MCA), MSc Information Technology (IT).
- Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
