Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Power and Life Science customers across India both on-site and virtually.
- Perform routine tests and analyses focused on thermal interface materials, potting compounds, conformal coatings, encapsulants, structural adhesives, and elastomeric adhesives.
- Maintain and enhance technical expertise in line with SBU/SU strategies.
- Prepare test matrices, conduct tests using lab equipment, and analyze results.
- Report and communicate laboratory results and methods to internal and external customers.
- Utilize digital tools like Albert, Nautilus, and ACE for test report submissions.
- Respond quickly to customer and field AE test requests with qualified test reports.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety standards and site practices, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage various adhesive dispensing equipment, including those handling HMA, TIM, Silicone, Modified Silane, and Anaerobic chemistry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of related experience, preferably in laboratory or technical services.
- Ability to work independently and maintain organized records and reports.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and a solid understanding of relevant products and technologies.
