Junior Engineer Responsibilities :
•Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions
•Conduct research and development activities as required
•Assist with the creation of technical drawings and documentation
•Participate in testing and debugging of designs
•Continuously learn and stay up to date on industry trends
•Provides general, entry-level support to the engineering department.
•Verifies and tests assigned metrics on projects. recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions and best practices
•Enters test results into quality control database.
•Identifies potential areas of product improvement;
•Assists senior engineers in the development of new methods to improve product quality and process efficacy and efficiency.
•Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all assigned programs, functions, products, and areas.
•Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to senior engineers.
Associate Responsibilities :
•Analyzing, prepare the Reconciliations in Blackline as per the procedure. •Ensure the team is completing the reconciliation as per
the agreed timelines thereby preparing all the required documentations.
•Ensure Daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly activities are
completed as per the procedure.
Any change in account reconciliations to be communicated to TL.
•Preparation, Presentation and Circulation of Metrics Bring more ideas (curious mindset) and work on the
Automation process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments Leverage the knowledge within FCGBC.
•Drive increased empowerment and higher accountability.
•BCP: Sustain 100% BCP compliant for all vital /Critical transitioned processes and to Compliant BCP for newly transitioned activities which are less than 6 months old.
CA/CMA Semi qualified Fresher, MBA / M.Com/
Postgraduate having accounting experience.
Handling team and work for their career development
Understand the accounting impact, analyze, identify, report and resolve issues related to reconciliations and Blackline system
Drive automation in the team
Build good rapport with all the stakeholders.
End to End ownership for the reconciliations approved.
