Job Summary :
You would be working as a Virtual Social Media Assistant. We're looking for someone who can be responsible for the execution of content for use on a number of social media platforms generating awareness for the client's business.

The Assistant's role is one that doesn’t neatly fit within the confines of the “9 - 6 day”, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. They will serve as an essential partner to the client. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements :
Basic Graphic Design -
- Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Determining the size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
Research and Data Entry -
- Researching keywords, producing interesting written content and proofreading research on social media trends, and working on strengthening the company's social media presence.
- Researches social media trends and works on strengthening the company's social media presence.
Basic Project Management :
- Track and organize project and campaign schedules and report on progress and statuses
- Coordinate social media posts and delivery
- Manage content strategy calendar
- Schedules post regularly on all the company's social media platforms
- Help with administration of client activities, such as assigning tasks in Hubspot or other administrative tasks
Content curation :
- Edit, publish and share daily content.
- Proofread, edit/paraphrase captions and posts
